Winter
- Dark grey shorts or trousers
- Grey skirt or grey pinafore
- White polo shirt or blouse
- Dark green sweatshirt/cardigan
- Plain grey, black or white socks or dark green tights
- Plain black school shoes
- Wellington boots (kept in school)
Summer
- Dark grey shorts or trousers
- Green and white striped dress (optional)
- White polo shirt
- Plain sandals that protect toes
- Wellington boots (kept in school)
PE
- Shoes: Indoors - black plimsolls Outdoors -Trainers
- Green school shorts and green T-shirt
- Sweatshirt/hoodie and/or grey/green tracksuit
- PE bag (from school office)
Forest School and Outdoor Learning
To ensure that the children are sufficiently protected from the weather and the outdoor environment, please can you make sure that your child is wearing appropriate clothing and footwear. Clothing will get muddy, so old home clothes are best.
The key requirement is children to have long sleeves and long hardwearing trousers (NOT thin LEGGINGS) in both winter and summer. Lots of layers will help keep in the heat and can be removed if needed:
Warm hat
Jumper/fleece
Long sleeved t-shirt/shirt
Waterproof trousers
School uniform standards extend to jewellery nail varnish and hair. There should be no nail varnish and no jewellery (other than a small, inexpensive watch or small stud earrings). Long hair should be tied back neatly with no oversized or bright accessories. No extreme styles or colours are permitted.
Please ensure all items are named and checked regularly. The school cannot accept any responsibility for personal clothing and possessions that are lost or damaged.
